Elizabeth Fischer is an inter-disciplinary artist – a writer, visual artist, musician and media artist – who for the last ten years has been most active in digital technologies and Internet specific, multi media art. In 2002 she curated situ.ca ñ a project about dialogue, place and diaries. She has recently been invited to FILE 2004 (Festival Internacional de Linguagem EletrÙnica) in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

As part of the Reverie project, Elizabeth Fischer will design the virtual city interface for the web. She will create graphics for an abstracted city map and populate this map with a large number of empty buildings that can be inhabited by artists and used a sound venues.
